Truffles are amazing small bites of chocolatey and fruity delight that melt in your mouth... I love them because they are sooo not boring like cakes that have only one flavor and texture.
Flavors I like to work with are
1.rum
2.raspberry, strawberry, cranberry, cherry and other fruit
3. vanilla
4. coffee-orange or coffee -milk
5. hazelnut cream
6. almond
7. apricot-almond
8. vanilla
9. dark chocolate/cocoa
10. chocolate mix,milk chocolate
11. coconut/milk
12. peanuts, or mixed nuts
Any other flavors such as: baileys,caramel,dates,plum,lime,lemon and what ever you wish can be arranged :)
I make vegan truffles too, flavors are mostly coconut, chocolate and dried fruit.
Any party theme you like :)
Unfortunately, I cannot do nut free truffles since chocolate I use may contain them in trace and I won't risk it.
